Yes — every colour service begins with a consultation. This allows our stylists to assess your hair, understand your goals, and recommend the most suitable approach using our Signature Colour technique.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit and debit cards, cash, and digital wallets. If you have a specific payment preference, just let us know when booking. We cannot charge to the room for in-house guests.
Timing varies depending on your service, but generally:
Signature Colour appointments: 3–5 hours
Treatments or blow-dries: 45–90 minutes
Your stylist will confirm an exact duration during consultation.
A blow-dry is an mandatory final step after your colour service. It allows your stylist to see the true result of your colour — how the tones sit, how light reflects, and how the blend moves in your natural texture. It also gives us the chance to make any fine adjustments, ensuring we’re both completely happy with the finished look before you leave the salon.
Yes — private rooms are available for guests who prefer added privacy or a more exclusive experience. Because reserving a private room limits our overall salon capacity, a fee of AED 500 per hour applies to cover operational costs.
If you’re happy to share the room with other female clients, the rate is AED 300 per hour.
Private rooms are subject to availability and should be requested in advance when booking. Our team will be happy to confirm arrangements and assist with your request.
